Main activities and responsibilities : I managed the design department of Carpisa Company from January 2009 to the end of 2013, leading a team of 14 designers and providing the company more than 200 product lines a year.
I had to choose moods, colors pallet and trends and follow what the market proposed.
Moreover, I cooperated with several companies to choose and create materials, create prints, buy bags, materials and samples all over the world and at international trade fairs. All that in order to provide the company a total creative vision and give a strong support to create new collections.
I also managed the designers staff in order to create all the collections of bags, belts, luggage, caps, and small leather goods the company needed, and I chose the right shape, proportion, artwork, material, final look for every single piece of the collection. Type of business or sector: Carpisa is an Italian manufacturer and retailer of luggage, handbags, wallets and accessories, with over 600 outlets worldwide. It was founded in 2001, is owned by Kuvera Spa, and has a "franchise network of more than 600 stores in Italy and abroad.
Carpisa company has a 180-million-euro turnover , and is a member of PIANOFORTE GROUP ( Carpisa, YamamaY, Jacked)  a network of 1.298 Stores employing more than 2.300 people in 12 countries.
